CFOs on the Move: Week Ending April 9

Pink OTC Markets, GMAC Financial Services, RiseSmart, Coldwater Creek, Iridium Communications, New Generation Biofuels Holdings, SouthPeak Interactive, RSC Holdings.

John Kallop, CFO of technology-services and financial-information company Pink OTC Markets Inc., has resigned from the firm. President and CEO R. Cromwell Coulson will handle Kallop’s responsibilities while a search is under way for a permanent replacement.

James Mackey is the new interim CFO at GMAC Financial Services. He has been a group vice president since he joined the company in 2009; before that, he was CFO of the corporate investments, corporate treasury, and private equity divisions of Bank of America.

RiseSmart, a provider of Web-enabled job-search and outplacement services, has appointed Keith Jones CFO and vice president of finance and administration. Previously, he was CFO and vice president of finance at PDF Solutions Inc.

Retailer Coldwater Creek Inc. has promoted James Bell, vice president-financial planning, to become head of the finance function. He takes over from general counsel and secretary John Hayes III, who has been interim CFO since November. Before Bell joined the company in September, he was senior vice president, finance and planning, at Harry & David Holdings Inc.

Iridium Communications Inc. has named Thomas Fitzpatrick CFO. He replaces Eric Morrison, who will take on the new position of senior vice president, Iridium NEXT Financing and Planning. Fitzpatrick comes to Iridium, a mobile satellite service company, from Centennial Communications Corp., where he also led finance.

Dane Saglio has been named finance chief of New Generation Biofuels Holdings Inc. He has been a consultant to emerging private companies since December 2008; before that, he was CFO of EntreMed Inc.

Interactive entertainment software developer and publisher SouthPeak Interactive Corp. has promoted Reba McDermott to the top finance spot. She has been interim chief accounting officer since August 2009.

RSC Holdings Inc., the holding company for RSC Equipment Rental Inc., has announced that finance chief David Mathieson is leaving the company. Controller Patricia Chiodo will take on the role of interim CFO until a permanent replacement for Mathieson is found.
