CFOs on the Move: Week Ending July 8

Hyperdynamics, Alexander & Baldwin, Donaldson, Zenprise, Penray, Thermo Fluids.

Hyperdynamics Corp. has named Paul Reinbolt to head finance, effective August 8. He is retiring from Marathon Oil Corp., where he has worked since 1980, most recently as vice president-finance and treasurer.

Joel Wine has been named CFO and treasurer of Alexander & Baldwin Inc., effective September 1. He joins the company following 14 years at Goldman Sachs, where he has served as a senior investment banking adviser and a managing director since 2004.

Thomas VerHage, who heads finance at filtration manufacturer Donaldson Co., will leave on October 31 as part of a planned succession. Corporate controller and principal accounting officer James Shaw will take over from VerHage on November 1.

Zenprise Inc., a mobile-device-management software provider, has named Steve Valenzuela as its new finance chief. Previously, he was CFO of Rainmaker Systems, LinkExchange, and PlanetRx.

Automotive-chemical manufacturer Penray has tapped Tom McGonigle to lead the finance function. He is a former vice president of finance of PLZ Holding Corp., as well as a former CFO of Bridgeview Aerosol LLC.

Mark Kuleck has been named to the top finance spot at Thermo Fluids Inc. He comes to the environmental-services firm from UOP LLC, where he was global director of financial planning and analysis.
